About My Blog:

• I got inspired to start a blog by another blog that I follow. One day I received a blog post and I really liked it and I thought to myself "Why can't I do this?". So I went to google and started a blog.
• I would love feedback on this to improve or write about on this blog, I'm really open to criticism especially if it will help me improve on something I love like to do
• My blog posts about books will most likely be me fangirling about the book, characters, and so on. I usually hold it all on because I don't have anyone else to tell all these things to, but now I do.
• I'll try and add some actual analyzation of the plot, characters, and overall quality of the book into my posts.
• I'll do random posts which will relate back to books but maybe a couple of times they may not
• I'll only post my honest opinion about the books, which means that if it's not what you think then we can just agree to disagree, as I like to say everybody likes their coffee differently.

About Me:

I never know what to put under the about me boxes or description. There's sixteen years worth of things I could tell all of you but I'll stick to the more interesting stuff:

• Although my name is Marcela, I have different nicknames that people call me some of which include Marchela (with an Italian accent idk why), Mar, Marceloony, but most people call me Marcy or just Marcela
• I'm a bookaholic to the core. I love to read and you will find me carrying a book, in my bag, everywhere I go. 
• I love to read in a quite corner of my house where I can't hear my sister's music or my mom's television; however, when I start to read every other sound just kind of fades away and I'm in my own little world. 
• I don't like to read two or more books at the same time. I tried to do that one time and I ended up focusing solely on one book and reading the other book until I finished the first.
• I'm seventeen and my birthday is on September 26 which kind of sucks because 1) My birthday is really close to when school starts up again and 2) I'll still be 17 when I go off to college
• I was born and lived almost all my life in San Francisco, except for about a year that I lived in Mexico with my family but that was when I was about a year old
• I love to watch baseball at home but mostly at the stadium and I'm a San Francisco Giants Fan to the core, don't ask which player is my favorite because there are so many to choose from! However, I can name all the MLB teams.
• My favorite animal is the giraffe
• I love the color blue, as you can tell by my blog, but I also love to brighten things up with pastel like colors, which is why you'll notice that a lot of my posts are multi-colored.
• This is my first time starting a blog and I'm having tons of fun because I can finally tell someone all my excitement about a book
• I have an older sister who is 21 years old and super bossy, but I think all older sisters are like that as I'm learning from my best friend, who has two of them
• I love eating ice cream, it's my weakness, and my favorites are Mexican Chocolate, Banana, and Green Tea
• I love to play tennis and I think I'm pretty good at it. I started playing when I was about 12 years old.
• I have wild curly hair that usually does whatever it wants but I love it anyways. I used to not like it especially because it frizzed out a lot but as of recently we seem to have a mutual agreement to be nice to each other but it's still a work in progress :P
• I used to not like reading until I was about 10 years old. I remember when I was 6 years old my mom had me read a chapter of The Little Princess everyday and at the end she would ask me what I had read about. Being a tricky kid, I skipped most of the chapter and usually read the last page which is the one I recounted to her. I don't remember which book finally made me love reading.
• Unlike most girls my age, I can't really bake anything except cookies or brownies, but only if they're out of a box; however, I'm trying to change that!
• I stopped playing video games a while ago because of school but on occasion I still love to play.
• I love to watch Christmas movies on the Hallmark channel while drinking hot milk with honey
• My favorite Starbucks drink is the Grasshopper Frap., from the secret menu. It tastes AMAZING!!!
• I love watching what people would consider "non-girl" films such as Transformers, G.I Joe, Star Trek, X-Men, and all those other movies.
• I would love to go to Comic Con one day
• I watch tons of t.v. series- Vampire Diaries, Suits, Covert Affairs, Dance Moms, Devious Maids, Who Dunnit?, Grimm, Once Upon A Time, Arrow, Ace of Cakes, Say Yes to the Dress, Say Yes to the Dress Bridesmaids, Storage Wars, What Not To Wear (discontinued), Elementary, Reign, Sherlock, Being Human (US version), Necessary Roughness, Dr. Who, Nikita, Psych, Zero Hour (discontinued), The Big Bang Theory, Revenge, Chopped, Marvels: Agents of Shield, The Tomorrow People, Iron Chef, Touch (discontinued), Four Weddings, The Secret Circle (discontinued), Cake Boss, Almost Human, The Mindy Project, Cupcake Wars
• Between my fangirling over t.v. series and books I don't know how I keep up with school; yet, I seem to find the time.
• I love the little minions from Despicable Me and actually have minion slippers which I got from Universal Studios
• I have been to the Disney Land in California and the one in Florida and one day I hope to go to the one in Paris
• One of my dreams is to go to London, England with my sister hopefully after college
• I want to be a hospital administrator when I grow up
